Who counts as a user?

Every member of the workspace: owners, admins and members. Names on the board without a login do not count.

How does the free trial work?

Every new workspace gets 14 days with every feature. No card is needed to start. Each account can create one workspace, so each account gets one trial; you can still join other workspaces when you are invited. The workspace owner can choose a plan at any time from the Billing page in settings.

What happens if the trial ends and I have not chosen a plan?

Your workspace becomes read-only for 7 days: everyone can still see the board, the statistics and the library, but nothing can be changed. After that, the workspace is locked until the owner chooses a plan. Your data stays in place.

What if my team grows past the users included in my plan?

Add them. Each extra user costs a small amount on top of your plan, and the bill follows the number of members in your workspace. When a bigger plan becomes the lower price, you can switch to it.

How does AI use work?

The AI helpers work out of the box; you do not need an AI account or key. Every new workspace gets $1 of AI use for its trial. When you choose a plan, the workspace gets AI credit once: $5 on Starter, $10 on Growth, $20 on Scale. Each AI action uses a small amount. When the credit runs out, an owner or admin adds more from Settings, from $10. Unused credit stays in the workspace.

Can I change plans or cancel?

Yes. The workspace owner changes the plan, the card or the billing period, and cancels, from the Billing page in settings. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

How much do I save with yearly billing?

A yearly plan costs the same as ten months, so you get two months free. Extra users are billed the same way.

I run more than one company. Do I pay twice?

Each workspace has its own plan, because each has its own board, users and library. One login can hold all of them.

How do I pay?

By card, through Stripe. The owner gets an invoice for every payment in the Billing page.
