What you can do
- Seven divisions, or your own
- Start from the classic seven-division layout or build your own shape. Divisions become columns; departments, sections and units stack inside them.
- Every post has a hat
- Each post carries its product (VFP), purpose, function and actions, the person who holds it, and the statistics that measure it.
- Drag, tidy, lock
- Drag cards on a grid with alignment guides. Tidy up snaps everything back into line, and Lock keeps a card where you put it.
- Zoom, sizes and colours
- Zoom in and out, fit the board to the screen, pick small, medium or large cards, and give each division its own colour.
- Undo, redo and revisions
- Every change is saved as a revision. Undo a mistake, or open an older version of the board and bring it back.
- Print it
- Print the whole board or a single division for the wall, the handbook or a new hire.
